No Resolutions, Just Live & Let Live

2020 was tough. Sickness, loss, fear, pain, anxiety, isolation – to name a few.

But 2020 was also a time for learning – learning how to be socially distanced from our loved ones, staying put, being mindful, and going the extra mile to stay and keep others safe.

And in spite of being in extended quarantine after getting COVID, 2020 was not a washout for me.

Sure, I faced those same fears that the world faced. Sure, I too was grounded for weeks at a time. However, for me, it was easy to be home and do nothing more than well….cook, like a lot, lol!

That’s because of all the number ONE lesson the universe has taught me in the past three years – controlling the mind and telling it what to think – or not.

And the cherry on the top was all the quality time I got to spend with my family – in spite of all the cooking I had to do, lol.

Overall, for all of us across the globe, survival was the name of the game.  And if you’re reading this, we’ve survived this and will live to see another year.

And as I’m writing this blog on New Year’s Eve 2020, I am reminded of yet another lesson the Universe has taught me – you manifest what you desire. Cause last year, on my way to a New Year’s Eve party, I’d said to my hubby “next year, I don’t want to go to any party, just want to be home and have a “quiet” New Year’s Eve.”

The LOA definitely works, lol.

Cause I manifested “quiet, alone, at home”, LOL. [The hubby went to bed with “why do I need to stay up till midnight?” and my doctor son was busy giving TLC to patients in the ICU.]

May 2021 be a year filled with good health and joy for you!
